Resident physicians celebrate fellowship matches

Five PGY3 resident physicians celebrated the next steps in their careers during Fellowship Match Day in December 2024. Drs. Kelley Bellia, Richard Bresler, Rejina Fahhoum, Siddharth Gupta, and Adrieanna Lynch, will continue their training in advanced programs upon graduation from the Baptist North Mississippi Internal Medicine Residency program in June 2025. Their upcoming training programs range in specialties from Geriatrics to General Internal Medicine to Hospice and Palliative Care.

During the time they were exploring fellowship specialty opportunities, each resident physician rotated with a fellowship program, which took the class to many locations across the country.

As the Internal Medicine residency program continues to grow at Baptist North Mississippi, a focus will be placed on maintaining a strong connection with alumni, whether they enter subspecialty training or Internal Medicine practice.
